Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Adults tickets for ages 15 plus. Children's age from 4 - 15. Free for children 3 and under. Tickets are non-cancellable & non-refundable. We will contact you once your tickets are purchased to confirm the ages of the children & the time you would like to book. Please note if you are bringing any children aged 3 and under we will confirm this with you after you have purchased your tickets.  There is no need to purchase a ticket for any children under the age of 3
